Wow – Three and a half weeks to go across la belle France – but very slow to share it on the blog!!!
The Burford Mouton Brion continues his journey (summer vacation/congee)
on to the French Pyrenees and into Spain to get some serious sun – good yet hot when wearing a wool coat!
Pic de Canigou the Catalan heartland – good roaming for a mouton!
Lucious grass near the lake outside Ceret – can Mouton paint like the great artists who have been here?
Look out for the modern art museum in Ceret and a mouton favourite – Picasso!
No glasses please – I haven’t got a nose to put them on and have obviously lost my mouth when eating!
Heat- Hot, Hot Hot in Figueres – cooling off in the fantastic tapas ‘Sideria’ – looking out for Salvador Dali sheep??
Beaches in Port Vendres and Cholera – but Mouton don’t swim!
Heart of the city in Clermont Ferrand – where is Volvic?
and back to Blighty along the dramatic A75 (if you have driven it then you know what I mean!)
heading for that delicious Cotswold grass.
Where is my next trip?
